This insurance underwrites the installing contractor’s written guarantee, which is usually for effective workmanship and faulty materials.  If the contractor ceases to trade the insurance will take the place of the guarantee for the remaining term of the cover. This is a 10 year guarantee.

ELECSA provides inspection, assessment and certification services to contractors working with electrical installations in private dwellings. Arena Conservatories Ltd electrician is a Elecsa registered electrician. Electrical works carried out within homes in England and Wales should follow the rules set out in Part ‘P’ of the Building Regulations to ensure that they comply with the law. All electrical works undertaken by Arena Conservatories Ltd comes with a Part ‘P’ Certificate
