When replacing windows and doors, homeowners must comply with current thermal performance standards and ensure they get a certificate from FENSA or Local Authority Building Control. Arena will install replacement windows and doors and certify compliance under these Building Regulations without the need for a separate assessment from Building Control. Every window & door installation is covered by a FENSA Certificate sent straight to the home owner.
Insurance Backed Guarantee For your extra peace of mind this insurance underwrites the installing contractor’s company guarantee, which is usually for defective workmanship and faulty materials.
