Company Guarantee

Arena offers a 10 year company guarantee against any of our products or workmanship that is found to be faulty.

With Windows & Doors this includes the double glazed sealed units along with the locking mechanisms. Read your small print as very few companies guarantee these parts of their windows for longer than 12 months.

For Conservatories the guarantee covers the windows, doors, roofs, base, walls, electrics and fitting. In short, the whole building. (the exception being Air Conditioning units which carry a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty)

Insurance Backed Guarantee

For your extra peace of mind this insurance underwrites the installing contractor’s company guarantee, which is usually for defective workmanship and faulty materials.  If the contractor ceases to trade the insurance will take the place of the guarantee for the remaining term of the cover. This is a 10 year guarantee.
